The favorites succumbed on the second day of the Dota 2 RES Regional Champions

OG and AVULUS are the first two teams to qualify for the RES Regional Champions playoffs in Dota, while Alliance and PARIVISION will have to use a second chance in the decisive matches to advance.

The derby match on the second day of the tournament in Belgrade was a clash between the famous names of Dota 2 esports, the OG and Alliance teams. In a clash of former The International champions, Alliance entered the match as favorites, especially after a convincing win against Infinity in the first round, while OG struggled properly against Level UP.
Wisper marked a match where he went 13-0-15 as Lycan in the second game, in a game that OG finished in just 24 minutes of play playing a hero composition of Shadow Fiend, Naga Siren, Grimstroke, Puck and Lycan. With this victory, OG certainly got the wind at their backs before the continuation of the competition, and the way to the finals opened up for them thanks to the mishap of the main favorite in the match, which we will write about below.

In the match of the winners of group B, AVULUS managed to defeat PARIVISION 2-1 and reach the semi-finals. Belarusian Smiling Knight was up to the task, in both winning games he played Dragon Knight with which he achieved a total score of 28-3-15, and the MVP of the match was declared Stormstormer who finished the match with 47 assists with only two deaths and 13 kills. AVULUS looked more prepared in the decisive third game, they emerged as winners from the pick/ban phase, which was transferred to the match itself.

The PARIVISION players looked visibly demoralized after the loss and will have to bounce back quickly if they want to catch the last train to the playoffs." dir="ltr">OG and AVULUS are the first two teams to qualify for the RES Regional Champions playoffs in Dota, while Alliance and PARIVISION will have to use a second chance in the decisive matches to advance.
