The most famous PUBG team from the region will no longer play for the Czech organization Entropiq after more than two years of cooperation.
Formed as Redline in 2020, the team dominated the Balkan PUBG League, which they won four times in a row, and after winning ninth place at the summer ESL PUBG Masters in 2021, they signed a contract with Entropiq.
The team then consisted of Jurica "ivas" Baronić, Luka "Lukarux" Rukavina, Jovan "Naylup" Tomašević and Miloš "Qbe" Darinković. They achieved their greatest success in May 2022 when they won the PUBG Continental Series 6 EU, leaving behind the big names of esports such as FaZe Clan, Team Liquid, Heroic, ENCE and Na'Vi.
In November of the same year, they also competed in a kind of World Championship in PUBG esports, PUBG Global Championship 2022, where in the spectacular end of the group stage, by winning the last round of the fight for survival, they managed to get a place in the grand final part of the tournament and secure a place in the top 16 teams of the planet.
Qbe left the team in May, and his place was filled by Finn Anssi "mxey" Pekkonen.
Their last tournament they played in the Entropiq jersey was the PUBG EMEA Championship: Fall where they took 12th place.
Team manager Niki "MaM1c" Mamić told Arena Esport that the team will continue to play in the current lineup at least until the end of the season under the old name Redline, and that the plans for next year, like most teams, depend on the offers they receive and the upcoming transition period. before the new season.
