In the grand finals, Vitality easily defeated GamerLegion with two zero maps. Surov was a Danish-French mix already on Overpass, they celebrated with 16:6 on their opponents' favorite map. Nuke was a bit more interesting, but Vitality didn't give away the advantage and with 16:13, maybe not the most beautiful, but the most valuable cup in its showcases.

The Romanian player iM, was the favorite for the MVP award until the very final, he played an incredible tournament, but after the final it was clear that one of the best snipers of the dayšnjica, Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut. The Frenchman had an incredible 1.39 rating, deservedly wins this recognition and wins his first Major trophy, in front of the home audience. It was he who, after raising the cup, said that this was the most beautiful moment in his life.

Još one Vitality player achieved a record that no one else will be able to boast of or reach, Peter “dupreeh” With this Major, Rasmussen became the only player who participated in every major tournament in this version of the game, and after lifting the cup, he is the only player who has won as many as five Majors! After the match, we could see him on the small screens with his wife and their child, who will undoubtedly one day look at pictures of their father in some “Hall of fame” of CS:GO. Peter said that he has no plans to stop and wants to continue winning the biggest tournaments in the CS2 version of the game.

It should be mentioned that the main observer at the tournament was naš Marko “SHEV” Krajceski, so in a way we were part of history. A big recognition for our man who absolutely deserved this privilege with his dedicated and incredible work during CS:GO.

We should give credit to BLAST and Paris as the host, production-wise, everything was at the top level, the local crowd did a good job and hosted the best teams in the world, so we can say that the last Major in CS:GO was held the way he deserved it. BLAST got the honor to organize the Major for the first time, and there is no doubt that they did a great job and gained the trust of Valve, who could give them a similar opportunity in the future.
Thank you for watching our broadcasts, listening to the live broadcasts from Paris, where we tried to better convey what it is like in the Accor Arena. There's not much time to rest, IEM Dallas is starting soon, as well as BLAST Premier Spring so we'll see each other again very soon!
