GamerLegion, to the surprise of many, managed to defeat Heroic and go to the finals. The second match of the semifinals is still ongoing…
GamerLegion continued with an excellent performance at the BLAST Major in Paris. They got off to a great start on the first map, Ancient, managing to get to ten rounds on the T side, but then there was a big drop on CT where Heroic took the lead and eventually won the first map.
Itšs turn to Inferno, where GamerLegion stillš once managed to take the win in the half, but Heroic fought back at the start of the second and it looked like we were going to see a repeat of the first map. Nevertheless, Isaac with a clutch against two in the last round brings his team a 16:14 victory and it was clear that the last map will decide who will be the first finalist of the last Major in CS:GO.
Looking at Mirage's win percentage, Heroic was the absolute favorite. CadiaN opened the match with an incredible three kills in the first round, tried to animate the team and lead them to victory, but GamerLegion was also wondering something. The international team came on the wings of iM up to ten rounds on the T side, and then won the first pistol in the entire match and paved the way to victory in the final map and booked a ticket to the final.
Mention Romanian još once the top player on the server and with an incredible 1.40 rating, he went on to play the tournament of his life on the world's biggest stage. There is no doubt that if he continues with his game in the finals, the opponent will be in a big problem if they want to claim first place and write their name in history.
