The Finnish leader has not been able to concentrate for a long time since he left OG, so after G2 he now goes to the bench as a Ninja player.
Guess who's back? Coming into the new season, @hampuscsgo is taking up the IGL mantle once more — well rested and hungrier than ever. We're seriously proud to have built a structure that can accommodate a player's need to take time off and recalibrate, and seriously happy to see… pic.twitter.com/xFlli3AIva

This change also means Aleksib has been moved to the bench. Over the past two seasons he has helped bring much-needed structure to the team that will keep serving us going forward, and we're sincerely grateful for his time with us. Good luck and godspeed, Alexi. pic.twitter.com/ipI2KWNPae

Šveda's organization decided that Hampus should return to the first team, after a much-needed break. They state that they are proud š that they have such a system where players can pause for a certain time, and state that “new-old” a player ready for the challenges ahead.
I was ready to start a new season, a new game, but guess not in NiP.

What that means is, I’m still hungry to grind and lead another team.

This means that Alexib is moving to the bench, who failed to impose his style of play in the team. A weak performance at the Major, a desperate result at the CCT final organized by Relog Media, which was also their last tournament with the Finnish leader. They finished their studies promptly after losing to ITB and 9INE.
Will likely open up the situation in the future, but for now I need to gather my thoughts and think about the process

Aleksi wrote on Twitter that he was ready for new challenges, but unfortunately it will not be with the Ninjas. He wants to find a new team sooner, where he will be able to show what he knows. At the moment, he will not go public with the reasons why he is no longer a member of the team, but we can expect something like that in the future when all the impressions have settled on him and he has thought carefully about the whole process in the now former team.
Where do you see Aleksib in the future?
