Sdy left Monte

Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev announced today that he has left the Monte team and is looking for a new team.

The Ukrainian CS2 star was the leading player of his team in the previous period, and with him at the head, Monte reached the playoffs of the BLAST Paris Major, which later earned them a place in the top 10 teams in the world.

Sdy had a turbulent six months in Na'Vi as a replacement in the second half of 2022, and after moving to Monte in early 2023, his career is on an upward trajectory.

Unfortunately, despite the great desire to play with the team at the first CS2 Major, Monte failed at the EU RMR, and one of the reasons for that is the fact that Sdy missed the first two rounds due to illness, and then had to play the rest of the tournament in a not so perfect state of health.

Among the successes he achieved with Monte, in addition to the playoff placement at the Major, the title won at the ESL Challenger DreamHack Winter 2023, the second place at the Roobet Cup and the semi-finals in the 18th season of the ESL Pro League stand out.

Sdy could be a serious reinforcement for a large number of teams, and the only question is whether he will stick with some Ukrainian team, or if he will try out in an international European team with communication in English.
