OG released an official statement today that Lulian "regali" Harjau has been removed from the starting lineup and allowed to search for a new team, thanking the player for his time with the team along the way.
Just a few hours before the start of the Skyesports Masters, OG revealed the changes to the team. The Romanian player leaves the team, and Madalin-Andrei "MoDo" Mirea, who was removed from Team SoloMid in February after failing in the Major qualifiers, will play as a replacement.
Although Regali had a relatively solid performance at previous events for OG, the team still decided that he is currently a redundant link in the team. Regali came from the Copenhagen Flames team, and before that he played briefly for Fnatic.
His replacement, MoDo, came to TSM from Nexus, but failed to find success in the organization he is still a part of, only spending the previous two months on the bench. If he performs well at the Skyesports Masters, maybe he will be the new fifth player of OG who will play the Global Esports Tour Rio 2024 in ten days, and at the end of July they will face the group stage of the summer BLAST.
OG currently consists of:
Maciej "F1KU" Miklas
Mills "k1to" Gruhne
Bram "Nexius" Campana
Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko
Madalin-Andrei "MoDo" Mirea
