All the matches of Group A of the sixth season of the RES League were played, in which the Serbian team Zero Tenacity reached the leading position and qualified for the playoffs, along with the Bulgarian team Chosen Few.
Z10 opened the tournament with a convincing 13-2 victory against the Balkan mix Juggernauts, and Filip "aVN" Belojica had a memorable match with a 21-5 score in frags, 115.5 damage per round and a 2.07 rating.
Z10 was also convincing against Na'Vi Academy - Na'Vi Junior, against whom they managed to take seven rounds on the CT Side of Anubis, and then continued to take all the rounds and seal their ticket to the semi-finals with a score of 13-5.
The Chosen Few lost to Na'Vi Junior in the first round, but managed to win a rematch in the deciding match to advance. The result was identical (13-9), but in the rematch they changed the map and after Ancient, Mirage was played this time.
Today's schedule includes the matches of Group B, in which Nexus Gaming, 500, Jake Bube and AIRLYA compete.
As a reminder, the winners of the semi-final matches will win participation in the regional qualifiers for BLAST Spring Showdown 2024.
