Serbian CS expert Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunović will take over the role of coach again after a two-year break, and will make his coaching debut in the CS2 version of the game in the Singaporean organization BLEED Esports, which will form a European team.
A veteran of counter esports, kassad started his competitive career in 2012 as a member of the legendary iNation, and since 2014 he has been moving to the position of coach, from which he led the big names of esports such as mousesports, Renegades, 100 Thieves and Cloud9.
In December 2021, he retires from the EXTREMUM team and focuses on the role of an analyst. In the past two years, we had the opportunity to watch him at some of the world's biggest tournaments, and in the meantime, he became famous by openly talking about problems in CS esports, especially criticizing the management of certain organizations.
As he himself stated in a post on Twitter, it is time to stand behind his words and show how the team is run, and in a statement to Arena Esport he added the following:
"To be honest, it took me a long time to decide if I wanted to return to competitive waters and in the end that desire won out. Bleed offered me conditions that were in line with what I wanted and what vision I had when it came to about the formation of the team and I am very satisfied with my choice.
I will do my best to build a successful team and live up to the expectations of the organization and their fans."
BLEED Esports is best known for their VALORANT team, and they've been trying to get into CS for a long time. Last year they were linked with the teams Virtus.pro and Bad News Eagles, but those transfers did not happen, and this year there were rumors that they were planning to enter CS2 esports with a European team in 2024, which turned out to be true. .
