Poizon and Kwertzz signed for TSM

Team SoloMid continues to reorganize their CS2 team. They brought in two new players, while one of the members of the previous five was sent to the reserve bench.

Romanian Madalin-Andrei "MoDo" Mirea was removed from TSM's first team after six months. He came from Nexus to TSM in August of last year, as part of the original team formed when TSM returned to CS esports and played in the AWP position.

He will be replaced by the famous Bulgarian sniper Valentin "poizon" Vasilev, who is best remembered by fans from the era when he played for Complexity Gaming from the end of 2019 to the end of 2021. During that time, poizon showed a very solid game, often fighting against the best teams in the world, but over time he lost his form and ended up in the Fnatic team, where he spent only three months as an active player.

Poizon hasn't competed since May 2022 when he was transferred to the Fnatic bench, so it's hard to draw any conclusions about his current form. TSM commented on bringing in players, explaining that most of the snipers they were negotiating with didn't want to sign anything until after the Major, after which they tried out Poison, who did great.

The second reinforcement, Simon "KWERTZZ" Horak, comes from the famous Czech team SINNERS Esports, and he previously also played for Entropiq and BRUTE.

Team SoloMid now consists of:

Valdemar "valde" Bjorn Wangs
Rasmus "Zyphon" Nordfoss
Joel "joel" Holmlund
Simon "KWERTZZ" Horak
Valentin "poizon" Vasilev

Allan "Rejin" Petersen - coach

Audric "JACKZ" Jug and Timofey "interz" Yakushin are also on the reserve bench.
