PGL today revealed the group schedule for the upcoming EU RMR PGL Copenhagen Major qualifiers.
A total of 32 teams will be divided into two groups from which we will get 17 European representatives at the first CS2 Major.
They will gather in Bucharest from February 17 to 24, and here is how the schedule of the groups looks like:
EU RMR A: FaZe Clan, Virtus.pro, Natus Vincere, G2 Esports, Eternal Fire, AMKAL, BetBoom, 3DMAX, 9 Pandas, SAW, KOI, Into the Breach, Ninjas in Pajamas, ex-ThunderFlash, fnatic, Falcons
EU RMR B: Team Vitality, MOUZ, Team Spirit, Monte, Cloud9, Apeks, Astralis, Preasy, GamerLegion, Guild Eagles, ENCE, ECSTATIC, PERA, OG, Nexus, Heroic
The tournament will be played according to the standard Swiss system that we are used to in Major tournaments. Teams with three wins advance to the Major, while teams with three losses are eliminated. It should be noted that all teams that go 2-3 will have the opportunity to fight for the last 17th slot in the play-off, from which one of the six teams will secure the last ticket to the Major.
EU RMR A will be played from 14 to 17 February, EU RMR B from 19 to 22, and the play-off for the last place will be played on 23 and 24 February.
