Relog Media has announced the sixth season of the popular regional CS competition, through which the best teams in the area will have the opportunity to earn a place at the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2024.
A total of eight teams will compete for two slots leading into the RES Eastern European Masters, the winner of which will seal a ticket to the BLAST Spring Showdown.
Four teams will receive a direct invitation to the new season, while the remaining four participants will come from the open qualifications, for which you can already register via the link on the Twitter post below. The qualifiers will be played on January 26 and 27 from 2 p.m. The two best teams from both qualifying tournaments will advance to the competition.
The new season is scheduled from February 2 to 4, the teams will be divided into two groups where Bo1 matches will be played according to the GSL system, two teams each will go to the playoffs, where they will fight in a Bo3 duel for a ticket to RES Eastern European Masters.
Last season, Bad News Eagles and REDPack Esports took the top two spots, while Aurora Gaming and Zero Tenacity filled the top 4.
Let's recall, it was through the RES Eastern European Masters that Cloud9 got a ticket to the BLAST Fall Showdown, where they then triumphed and qualified for the BLAST Fall Finals.
