Cloud9 finally has a full CS2 team, after officially introducing three new players today.
C9 began major team changes in April, when Denis "electroNic" Sharipov was sold to Virtus.pro, while Abay "HObbit" Khassenov and Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy were transferred to the reserves soon after.
The remaining two players have been waiting for new teammates for a long time, and now they have officially received them.
Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko stands out as the loudest reinforcement, who shone in the OG team this year, and according to rumors, many teams inquired about him, but Cloud9 was the most successful in bringing him.
Kaisar "ICY" Faiznurov is a young Kazakh sniper who is only 19 years old and comes from the AMKAL team, where he spent half a year, achieving solid results, including a placement at the first CS2 Major. ICY started his playing career at the end of 2021 in the AVANGAR team, and this is only his third time.
Timofey "interz" Yakushin is a returnee to Cloud9, he played for Gambit/C9 from 2019 until last March, after which he spent six months in TSM.
