With a convincing 2-0 victory against the MOUZ team, G2 Esports advanced to the semi-finals of the PGL Copenhagen Major, where their opponent will be Natus Vincere, who earlier defeated Eternal Fire by the same score.

Although MOUZ went into tonight's match as heavy favorites, even though many have already seen them in the final of the Major, G2 reminded the viewers why they are one of the best teams on the planet.

The young players of MOUZ once again succumbed in a big match, and the experienced players of G2 knew how to take advantage of it. G2 opened the match violently on their peak Inferno where they went on a 7-1 run at the start, which MOUZ managed to reduce to 8-4 by halftime. However, in the continuation they did not have the strength to turn around, G2 maintained the advantage until the 13-9 victory.

Once again G2 were dominant at the start of the map when it was Vertigo's turn, this time they had a big 6-0 lead, but MOUZ managed to close the gap even better by halftime and cut the gap to just two maps.

When MOUZ took the pistol round in the continuation, it seemed that a big turnaround was ahead of us, but instead G2 managed to fight back already in the next round and with a new 6-0 series reached a convincing 13-6 and a place in the semi-finals.

Nikola "NiKo" Kovač was in the best mood on the server with a total score of 39-25, 100 damage per round and a 1.53 rating, and Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač was also excellent with a 33-23 score, 87.4 ADR and a 1.40 rating.

Previously, Na'Vi managed to get a tricky Eternal Fire, in a matchup where Mirage was particularly interesting, and Eternal Fire managed to come back from a 3-9 deficit to come close to winning the first map, but they squandered the advantage they had and lost 13-16 after overtime.

Then followed their pick Inferno where we saw a draw at half time, and in the second part of the game Na'Vi with an excellent game on the T side achieved a 13-9 victory and a place in the semi-finals

Na'Vi and G2 will play from 20:00, while FaZe and Vitality will meet from 17:00.
