Fnatic won RES EU 6 and qualified for LAN in Belgrade

Fnatic managed to emerge as the winner from the grand final of the RES Regional Series EU 6 tournament and beat Passion UA ​​with a 2-1 victory, which also earned them a place in the big LAN final that will be held in Belgrade.

Although Fnatic struggled in the group stage where they had to play a decisive match against CYBERSHOKE, after Zero Tenacity defeated them in the battle for the first place in Group C, they put in a good performance in the playoffs and eventually took the title deservedly.

They reached the finals without losing a map in the playoffs, defeating first Sangal Esports and then MOUZ NXT. On the other side of the draw, Passion UA ​​pulled off a big surprise with a win against Ninjas in Pajamas in the quarter-finals, before going on to defeat Zero Tenacity in the battle for the finals.

The final itself was marked by Benjamin "blameF" Bremer, who finished the match with a 70-29 score in frags, 110 damage per round and a 1.71 rating. Fnatic's newest addition, the Dane stood out in particular on Inferno and gave his team a 1-0 lead with 25 frags on the first map where Fnatic won 13-6.

Fnatic opened solidly and Mirage where they were 7-5 at halftime, but PASSION UA continued to play a perfect CT side and leveled the total score at 1-1 with an 8-0 series.

Ancient decided the winner, and here Fnatic knew how to take advantage of the CT side, lead 9-3 at halftime, and then not allow the opponent to get close, finally in the 22nd round they put an end to the match with a score of 13-9.

This win earned Fnatic 100 RLG points, which meant that the final list of European teams going to the LAN finals looks like this:

1. Nemiga Gaming 300 points
2. Fnatic 200 points
3. BLEED Esports 180 points
4. Sangal Esports 145 points

Zero Tenacity finished in fifth place with 115 points.

Let's remind you that in addition to these four teams, Fluxo and Team Solid, as the two most successful teams in the Latin American qualifiers, also secured a place in the final event.

Now it remains to get the names of the remaining two finalists, who will receive direct invitations to the event that will be played from October 16 to 19 in Belgrade with a total prize fund of 250,000 dollars.
