Former Astralis captain Benjamin "blameF" Bremer has been sold to Fantic, both sides confirmed tonight.
Fnatic brought a big boost after a series of bad results and failure to place and stay among the top 30 teams in the world. WITH the former captain of Astralis they will potentially gain strength as well as experience leading the team, with blameF replacing Can "kyuubii" Alia in the first team.
The Dane spent a little more than two years in Astralis, where he arrived as a reinforcement from the Complexity team, and previously built a career in the Heroic and Epsilon eSports teams.
He has been on the Astralis bench since the end of February, when team legend Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz took over the captain's armband.
BlameF is considered one of the captains with the highest shooting potential on the Tier 1 scene, and he will have the opportunity to debut for Fnatic in three days at the CCT Global Finals 2024 tournament against the ENCE team.
