The Russian team 9 Pandas is the champion of the second edition of the PARI CS2 tournament held in Belgrade after they completely outplayed the favored Eternal Fire in the finals and without losing a map they reached the main prize of 60,000 dollars.
The team, which until a week ago was on the border of the top 40, and now is in the top 20 teams of the world, played beyond all expectations at PARI Please 2023 and fully deserved the victory, losing only one map during the entire competition.
BetBoom, MIBR and FURIA fell in front of them in order, and finally in the finals they brought to their knees Eternal Fire, which until today had the maximum 6-0 performance in the maps of the tournament.
This is also the first trophy for veteran Denis "seized" Kostin since 2016, when he won ESL New York with Na'Vi, and seized himself, like the rest of his teammates, had a positive performance in the finals and showed that he is very good at to the new version of the counter.
9 Pandas opened the final fiercely on opposing pick Anubis taking 10 of 12 rounds on the T side in the first half. EF retaliated in the continuation, but they could not go further than 9-13.

The third map was the most uncertain as a result. The Russians had 8-4 at halftime, but Eternal Fire tried to get back into the match, they equalized at 11-11 and announced a big turnaround, but the Pandas managed to play better in the end and get a 13-11 victory.
