The Danish team replaced two players before the season continued.
GG is bringing in two big additions, sniper Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjidi was acquired from HEROIC, while veteran Frederik "roeJ" Crhistensen arrives as a free agent following the collapse of his previous team Preasy in April.
Gaimin Gladiators took over ECSTATIC a little over three months ago, after the team's good performance at the PGL Copenhagen Major earned them a break into the top 20 teams in the world on the HLTV rankings. They could not repeat the success of Major in the rest of the season, which is why they fell to 40th place in the meantime, which resulted in changes in the starting five.
Captain Patrick "Patti" Larsen and Jason "salazar" Salazar were removed from the team. Magnus "Nodios" Olsen will now assume the captaincy role.
Nicoodoz, who primarily built his career in the Copenhagen Flames and Fnatic teams, failed to secure a place in the HEROIC team where he spent the first half of the year, and this will be his new opportunity to show if he can return to good form and win for a place on the tier 1 scene.
RoeJ grew up in the Copenhagen Flames team, and then played for Tricked Esports and MAD Lions, before returning to CHF in 2021 for another year. In the middle of 2022, he came to Fnatic where he stayed for a little less than six months, after which he moved to Preasy Esports.
Gaimin Gladiators now features:
Magnus "Nodios" Olsen
Jonas "Queenix" Dideriksen
Tobias "kraghen" Kragh Jensen
Frederik "roeJ" Christensen
Nico "nicoodoz" Tamijdi
