Fnatic first team player William "mezii" Merriman will play for Vitality in the upcoming BLAST Fall Finals tournament, it has been confirmed after the French organization officially registered him as a member of the competition.
Although Vitality officially still has five players, it is known that Emil "Magisk" Reif has agreed to move to Falcons although there is no official confirmation yet, which forced Vitality to find a new player for the tournament.
He mentioned several names in the previous days as a replacement for Magisk, but in the end the choice fell on the Brit who spent the previous two years in the Fnatic jersey, while before that he played for Vexed Gaming, GamerLegion, Cloud9 and Endpoint.
This means that currently the third team in the world according to the HLTV ranking list will most likely perform at BLAST with the following composition:
Dan "apEX" Madesclaire
Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut
Shahar "flameZ" Shushan
Lothan "Spinx" Giladi
William "Mezzie" Merriman
The BLAST Premier Fall Finals will begin on November 22 with a live broadcast on Arena Esport TV and the YouTube channel.
