Jks officially left G2 Esports

G2 Esports and Justin "jks" Savage have reached an amicable termination of cooperation, the popular esports organization announced.

After three months on the bench, jks left G2 Esports. The popular Australian CS player joined G2 in August 2022 and played actively for the team for 15 months, before being removed from the first team last November.

With G2 jks he won BLAST Premier World Final 2023, IEM Cologne 2023 and IEM Katowice 2023, making him a crowd favorite very quickly.

However, as the other players commented in the interviews given after his removal from the first team, jks did not fit into the team enough, which is why it was decided to give a chance to other players.

In the sea of potential transfers that could affect the majority of G2 players, Nemanja "nexa" Isaković joined the team, so G2 had a ready player to fill the place that was supposed to be vacated by replacing jks.

The Australian was under contract until today, which made it even more difficult for an organization to bring him in, but now that he is a free agent, we can expect him to find a place in one of the teams, if not now, then after the Major when a large number team made changes unhappy with the result in the biggest CS2 competition.
